Roderic Hageman is President and CEO of PRIT Service, Inc. He has a BSEE from Iowa State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer, a NETA Certified Technician Level IV, and a NICET Certified Senior Engineering Technician. He has served two terms as President of the InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA). Rod has been a member of NETA's Board of Directors for twelve years, is Technical Editor of its publication, NETA World, and Chairman of the Technical Examination Committee. He has three times been named NETA's "Man of the Year." Rod serves on NFPA Code Panel 10 and on NETA Standards Review Council. He has been a speaker (paper presenter) at National Manufacturing Week and has had many technical papers published.
Joseph Svoboda is a NETA Certified Test Technician Level III and has been with PRIT Service twenty years. NETA certified Level III technicians are “hands on” field-testing technicians with at least five years of electrical power systems testing on a full-time basis. All Level III NETA certified technicians must also have forty-eight hours of continuing education in electrical training every three years in order to maintain their certification. (Joe has had various training including attending Iowa State University’s “Midwestern Protective Relay Short Course”, Doble short courses, and NETA’s technical conference.) They must also possess knowledge in applied mathematics, physical science, and engineering science. Joe is experienced as a project manager for both maintenance testing and acceptance testing projects including major new construction and major maintenance outages (turn-arounds).
Thomas Warning has an AAS, Associate in Applied Science in Electrical/Electronic Automated Systems, graduating from Joliet Junior College. He is also a NETA Level III Certified Test Technician. NETA-certified Level III technicians are “hands on” field-testing technicians with at least five years of electrical power systems testing on a full-time basis. All Level III Neta-certified technicians must also have forty-eight hours of continuing education in electrical training every three years in order to maintain their certification. (Tom has had various training including attending Iowa State University’s “Midwestern Protective Relay Short Course”, Doble short courses and NETA’s technical conference.) They must also possess knowledge in applied mathematics, physical science, and engineering science. Tom has ten years experience as a test technician and is experienced in the troubleshooting of industrial power systems. He is also proficient with the use of Doble ProTest software in testing distribution, transmission, and generation relays.
